Unable to find libpvgltfwriter_vs16.dll

Hello,

I hope I'm in the right place.

I use pvsoptimize.exe (included in PTC CREO viewer) and I have a problem.

In logs, it's indicated that "C:\Program Files\PTC\Creo 7.0.0.0\View\x86e_win64\obj\libpvgltfwriter_vs16.dl" not found.

Could you say me if this .DLL is from PTC Creo view or not ? Do you have it on your computer ?

In "Creo View Express" this dll file can be found in the following path: C:\Program Files\PTC\Creo\View Express\i486_nt\obj

Thank you for your answer but I don't find the dll in "C:\Program Files\PTC\Creo 8.0.0.0\View Express\i486_nt\obj".

There is libpvg_vs16.dll.

Do you have the version 8.0.0.0 or a previous version ?

Yes, I have an earlier version (for 32-bit). I will test the latest 8.0 and write later.

Creo View does not package this specific DLL.

Can you please elaborate your usage with PVSOptimize and which recipe file are you using?
