Viewport turns black anytime I start a new sketch in Windows 10.

I recently upgraded my Dell XPS 13 from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 and am having a problem with the viewport turning black anytime I try to start a new sketch. All of my drivers are updated, I have tried multiple resolutions, and I can't seem to find any solutions.

Anyone have an advice and/or similar experiences?
