Would it be possible to open a 3D pdf file saved as a pdf in Creo Parametric 7.0?

I have a 3D PDF that I received from the supplier. Is there any way that I can open it in Creo Parametric, similar to the Step file. Would it be possible to save that file in Creo Parametric?
