PDF localization language options missing

Hi,

Creo Illustrate 7.0

Is it an oversight or another weird "feature" that there's no option for publishing PDFs with localization options (in different than source language)? @agarland 

Oh yeah, and marking another language as the source language doesn't work...the output is in the "original" source language. This is madness...

So I guess it's a "feature"... Does it need a kicker in the form of "community idea" to be fixed or writing one is just waste of time?

The same appears for movies and U3D files.
