Hi, Everyone, Over the past few weeks, we have been experiencing connectivity issues with our SSO process resulting in community user names being reset. Our IT department is aware and investigating ways to resolve the connectivity issues. We are taking measures to not allow the usernames to be reset during these connectivity occurrences which may, in the short-term, interfere with your ability to log into the community. We apologize for the inconvenience. Note: Usernames can be changed directly by community members at any time which I recommend doing after the fix is scheduled on Thursday, November 5th. Visit PTC Community Welcome + How Tos to find steps on how to change your username. We will keep this announcement updated. If you ever have trouble accessing the community (outside this current situation), you can always send an email to community@ptc.com which is monitored by the PTC Community Team. Best, Jaime Lee

Hi, Everyone, Over the course of the next couple of months we are going to be changing and "cleaning up" our menu. The first change comes with moving Windchill and Windchill Systems/Software Engineering (Integrity) under the new PLM Category. Same Great Community Content! 1)Discussion Forums (Collaboration space with your community peers!) 2) Tips (+Tricks on how to use your Windchill Software--From PTC Employees + Special Guests to You! Last October, the Community Team partnered with PTC/USER to take the top 20 ideas in our Creo Parametric Ideas portal and set up a separate idea section specifically to collect information for the Scottsdale PTC/USER Winter Forum. The goal was to highlight the most important customer feedback (based on the survey) with PTC Product Management. The Winter Forum is complete and feedback has been collected. These ideas in our temporary idea portal (plus votes and comments) have been merged back into the original Creo Parametric Idea portal. Thank you everyone that collaborated in this exercise, and those who came to the PTC/USER Winter Forum to participate in the debrief. The PTC Creo Product Management Team has dedicated a series of meetings to go through these ideas and provide a status. I attended one of the "introductory meetings to this CAD Idea Review Series." There was great enthusiasm from the product management group to provide responses! &nb

Moving forward @Leigh and @IgnacioFdB will also be assisting with community administration as well as serve as my backup for critical/urgent issues. You should continue using "Notify Moderator" when you have a community concern or issue about a post, but a PM to Jaime_Lee is recommended if you have a more complex issue or need further community management attention. So welcome Ignacio and Leigh, and on behalf of the Community Management Team, we truly value your participation in the PTC Community!
