New Community Email Address

Hi, PTC Community!

Currently, all PTC Community notifications come from mailer@us.khoros-mail.com.

Starting on Monday November 13th 2023, all PTC Community notifications will come from community-mailer@ptc.com.

Update November 15, 2023:

We are experiencing a technical issue with the new email address that may be preventing delivery of notification emails to a small number of users. We are currently working to address this issue.

The issue has been resolved.
