The email asks if I would like to not receive emails from PTC Community to "click here"

This website is representative of the help one would expect to receive

Tired of trying to find the correct place to post this and I know the mods care more about looking like they are doing a good job over actually providing any sort of real solution.  That being said I expect it to be deleted.  Spent 45 minutes trying to find where to post and the frustration won, ptc won. They have received the payment and will not be taking any calls.
