Email response to posts is not working

I have twice this week posted email responses to posts using Gmail from and neither response has shown up in the Creo Parametric forums.

 

Can someone confirm reply via email is working as designed?

      And I also tried to do an email reply on the creo parametric 3d part & assembly forum and it seems unsuccessful also.

       I tried to reply to both of you by email, and it's not working for me either. I'll look into it and let you know what I find.

        I tried from Outlook and received this  back:

        This is a reply from email test. We’ll see if this shows up and I’ll look into this in either case.

        2 of the 3 email responses I made posted later in the day.  
        And I sent another test here this morning and it posted as expected within seconds after sending.

        Yes, it seems to be working again and my test belatedly showed up too. I have a case open about this with our vendor. I'll update them.
