Forum Tag rather than name

Hi,

Have I set something wrong somewhere?

Our names used to come up when logged in. Now it's just the tag.

Is this new intended (unintended?) forum functionality?

It both does and does not answer the question.

As I remember with the old forum, when logged in my real name appeared to all (Sir Lord Prof Quintus Arbuthnot Farquart-Bennet KCMG OBE BEM VC FEng).

And if not logged in (a view casual internet browsers had) my current tag appeared; not my name.

Now it seems its one or the other.

It seemed sensible previously.

Ho hum. That's progress I suppose.
