How to submit product idea instead of customer?

Hello community manager

I’m customer success manager in PTC Japan.

Can PTC employees submit product ideas on behalf of customers?
I’ve been asked to raise improvement requests for a product, but the customer finds it difficult to do so themselves due to the language barrier and other reason.

Please note that employees do not have access to post product ideas. Could you kindly share the link to the above tip with the customer? Customers are welcome to post their ideas in their local language, as the community offers a feature to translate content from other languages to English.
