Question

Ideas - "Hot Idea", "Top Ideas", "New Idea"

When commenting on an older idea, it no longer bubbles to the top with the new 3-way listing of ideas. How does this comment get seen by the broader community if it doesn't bubble up to the top?

... or maybe it is and I just can't see it?

In a way related to:

https://community.ptc.com/t5/Creo-Ideas/Creo-Ideas-be-defaulted-to-quot-New-Ideas-quot-not-quot-Hot/idi-p/478913

This is the idea I commented on:

Thanks,

Dale

I did get an email notification on your post (took 2 hours but that may not be a community thing).

I really like to see them come to the top of the list too, otherwise, as you said, there is little to no visibility.

Are you "Subscribed" to Creo Ideas?

If so, that would explain the email. I am not subscribed, so I don't get emails for everything posted there.

Yes, I am subscribed. I only visit the website if something interests me via an email notification.
