Not allowed to "Suggest an idea"

Dear Community,

trying to suggest an idea how to improve Creo, I fail to "suggest an idea". When I move to the button, I get a forbidden-sign.

Is that because of my status (newby / basic member)?

Hi Hauke,

Sorry to hear you are having issues logging an idea for Creo.  First, can you confirm that you were logged inot the Community when you were trying to post a new Idea?

If you were logged in, than please confirm which Ideas forum you were trying to post to as well as a screen shot of the error/forbidden-sign you are seeing.
