Old PTC User Community Weekly Digest Emails Still Coming

I was subscribed to custom weekly community updates from the old user community  (www.ptcusercommunity.com). Now that we are switched over to the new Lithium site (community.ptc.com) I am still getting a weekly email from the old site with old activity with links to the Jive site which don't work. How can I unsubscribe from these emails? When I attempt to browse to the old community page I am automatically redirected to the new one.
