Why can i not suggest an idea for the PLM Windchill product? I work at my company with Windchill and support the colleagues with question regarding the software. I would like to suggest improvement when i see opportunity or my colleagues suggest them to me.

With a customer account you should have permission to post ideas. I'm not sure why that was not correctly reflected in your community permissions, but I've given you the correct role so you should be able to post ideas now. Let me know if you still have issues.
