Domains in the links point to to domain ptcuser.growthzoneapp.com  is this a phishing attempt? or was this sent by PTC - didn't dare to click any of the links.

Here at PTC/USER have been busy implementing a new online PTC/USER Member Center, which is almost complete. With this move, we need you to activate your account on the new PTC/USER Member Center.
