Tags not showing up

For kicks, I went to the PTCooler (off topic site) and saw that it has (3) tags for humor. 90 % of my posts in that (3) pages of stuff has humor for a tag. Where does the label at the top only show (3) tags?

And how you post pictures? I tried using the snipping tool, but that doesn't see to work.
