BE410708EDSTUDENTEDK12 product code belongs to Creo 4.0. Do you really install Creo 4.0 ?
Error message is know problem. I hope PTC sent you license file via email ... you can use this file during installation ... do not enter product code, instead of it put path to license file into Source field.
