404 redirect error

Whenever I try to get Creo student by submitting the form that asks for name, email, etc., I get a 404 error. I've tried in Brave and Edge, same results. I've been able to get it to work on other machines in the past, any ideas on how to fix this?

I'm having the same issue. I've different machines and different browsers one each with no luck. hopefully its a temporary glitch and it'll be working soon...
