About Error after Installing Creo 2.0 student edition

I have downloaded the creo 2.0 student edition, after installing when i open software the error is came, fatal error and software is not open ,

please anyone tell me what is the solution or how to fix it?

Hi Anup Patil,

It does not appear that a snapshow has been included? My recommendation would be to download the most up-to-date version (M110) from the below link and re-install.

There was an issue on some computers with version M100 but that should be fixed in this latest release.

I have installed completed Creo M505 student with no errors,but when the first scense, i taked the screen photo for you to check,I can not access to use. ( as the attchment)

Please help me,
