     Recently I found a edge SDK named JAVA SDK in the marketplace, but when I send the request access message, it displayed "ERROR", what can I do?

Hi Veronica,

Maybe I know the reason. My network was keeped by the Great Fire Wall, so the Authenticate could't be displayed.

Hi Angels,

I am not receiving this error when I am submitting the request as a guest. Are you getting this error when submitting the request while logged in with your PTC account ?

I will contact someone for thingworx marketplace to let them know about this.
