Academic account approved for Creo, but license is still invalid

Hello,
My academic account has been approved for access to Creo Parametric by going through the process outlined at:
https://www.ptc.com/en/academic-program/academic-products/free-software/creo-college-download/ .
However, this change has not been reflected in my account, and I receive a licensing error when attempting to activate Creo Parametric. I have attempted to reach customer support in several different ways, to no avail. Who can I contact to have this rectified?
