When I try to open the program it gives error"cannot run quality agent" and shuts the program on closing the message....please help

    Hi,

    try following...

    • uninstall PTC Quality Agent
    • install PTC Quality Agent using <CR7_installation_package>\install\addon\qualityagent_64.msi
