Access Denied - Insufficient Privileges

Hello,
I used PTC Creo for my university, and after a year, I can no longer activate the licence again (when I try to do so via reconfigure, it just gives me an error message). Also, my account on the website does not allow me to access licence management and other functions, giving me an 'Access Denied - Insufficient Privileges' error message.
Is there any way I can confirm my student status? I hope you can help me. Thank you in advance.

This solution does not suit my situation. I am a student and the university has not provided me with a customer number
