After installation - running problem

hi to everyone,

i done the installation of creo 2.0 student edition. Everything is good while i install. After installation while i am trying to run my cero modules, the dialogue box show like this, "CREO 2.0 from PTC has stopped working". What i have to do to resolve this error. I am using windows 7 64 bit os. pls help me.

    This can happen in the following situations:

    1. Using the web installer rather than the full DVD.
    2. Installing from a downloaded DVD that is not complete.
    3. The installation is not complete (missing files).
    4. Installing with your anti-virus or firewall enabled.

    If I were you, I would do a complete uninstall of all Creo, disable all anti-virus and firewall applications, then do a reinstall from the DVD. The Creo 2.0 (M070 Build Code) should be 4.25GB in size.
