Agent error when logging in to the program

When you log into the creo parametric 9.0 program, a window pops up with the text: "Creo Agent is incorrectly initiated, if the problem cannot be fixed, contact technical support." When closing the window, the program works fine, but sometimes crashes due to an error (the error file is attached). Please tell me what can be done and whether it is necessary at all ?
