Browser window does not close in Creo 2.0 M030

Hi All

Just installed Creo 2.0 release M030. All goes well with installation.However, the browser screen does not close when new part is selected. This obviously masks datum planes etc. All the ribbons are visible but the browser window will not close. Any suggestions?

    Hi Paul,

    This sounds like it might be a graphics issue. I suggest that you try to update the graphics driver for your machine and see if that helps. In the event that it does not work, you can enable emulated graphics. To set this do the following:

    1) Open the config.pro file from C:\Program Files\PTC\Creo 2.0\Common Files\M030\text\config.pro. This is a text file, so you can open it in a text editor

    2) add the item -

    graphics win32_gdi

    3) Save the file and start to open creo again. If you are not able to save it to the existing folder, save it to the desktop and then drag the file back into the text folder.
