CAD Designer Needing Help on getting CREO/WindChill Learning

Hello, my name is Jason Bolstad. I a CAD professional for over 20 years. I'm trying to get some advice on getting proper education with CREO and Windchill. I have used similar software, like CATIA v5/ENOVIA, Siemens NX/Teamcenter applications. But, I have zero experience using PTC applications. I have been trying build my skill set. Can anyone tell me an inexpensive route to take in getting proper learning, to build m resume up?
