can educational version license uses Creo Parametric TOOLKIT/Object TOOLKIT C++ applications?

Hello. the educational license provides a non restricted number of licenses where all feature are available (also TOOLKIT/ObjectToolkitCpp) .but  Creo Parametric TOOLKIT/Object TOOLKIT C++ applications COULD NOT be unlocked with an educational version license.can educational version license uses Creo Parametric TOOLKIT/Object TOOLKIT C++ applications?

      Is the educational license can not install auxiliary application ?

      Is there any other way to run auxiliary applications in the educational license？

      1. Applications using one of the free (as in “useable without extra money”) Creo Parametric APIs (Java OTK free (f.k.a. JLink free), VB/.NET COM, WebLink/Creo.JS) should work with every Creo license.
      2. So should every unlocked auxiliary applications that use a paid Creo API (for unlocking, someone requires a non-free (paid) Creo developer license).

      Only the developer licenses allow using locked auxiliary applications (and unlocking).
      Note: there are subsets of API functions that require additional developer licenses (e.g. TOOLKIT for Mechanica, TOOLKIT for 3D Drawings).

      This is due to PTCs license/price policy for auxiliary applications and the more powerful/extended APIs.
