can not open a part and an assembly in creo viewer 2.0

When I try to open a part or an assembly , it always show this information as above. Is there anyone know what is the problem and how to solve it? Thanks.

    Hi,

    Try starting Creo as an administrator (right-click the icon and select "Run as Administrator") a couple of times to make sure that it finishes installing everything, including Product View.
