Can't get my licence for Wildfire 4.0 Schools Edition

Hello community, I have a problem with licencing pro e. Everytime I want to create a new licence it says that I have the maximum of licences reached. That can be true, because i hade problems with the offline licence so i made a few online licences. But every time i start pro e, i got a note "licence mistake -9". So I uninstalled pro e(incl. registry clean)but can't get a new licence now. What should i do? Thanks for help Phil from germany

    Phil, Please email your computer's Host ID, along with a copy of this post to -. I will then have a new license file genereated for your computer. Vielen Danke, Adam
