Cannot complete the compressed (zipped) folders extraction wizard

Hi

I am a student trying to download the creo parametric 3.0 version but when it comes to unzipping the files a message appears saying:

'The compressed (zipped) folder is empty.

Before you can extract files you mjust copy files to this compressed (zipped) folder.'

I have tried many ways of extracting the folder but it still shows this message.

Any help would be thoroughly appreciated.

Hi,

install 7-zip software and unzip downloaded file using 7-zip.

Note: Maybe downloaded file is corrupted. In that case you have to download it again.
