Cannot enter my Product Code the text box is inactive

I am having an issue with the simple liscense entry because it is greyed out and I cannot put the product code in. I disabled all firewall/anti-virus, but am still not able to put in the product code.

I tried what this link reccomended but this is for creo 3, so I'm stuck.  Any advice on what to do?
