Cannot find Product Code for Mathcad

Am installing a single use version of Mathcad. Never received a product code so I cannot get past this step. I have scoured my emails from PTC and searched everywhere on the website that I can access to no avail. Thoughts would be welcome!

I did follow the instructions in this link and the resulting code did not work. In the end I needed to contact support and they provided a license file which was successful.

I did utilize these links and assembled a product code as specified. However it did not work. In the end I needed to contact support. They provided the license file and that was effective.
