Cannot install Creo 3 M110 on Windows 10

Hi all

I'm using the student version. After I entered my user name and password, The installation proceeds to the next step but it just froze. It didn't even load the packages. I tried both 64bit and 32bit version but still no luck. Previously I managed to install it on my HDD without problem but now after I switch to SSD, it just won't install like I said. Please help.

I also am trying to install M110 on windows 10 and every time I run setup.exe and enter the University Student license it errors saying, "Errors in license processing."
