Cannot install trial version

If anyone could help with the following problem that would be much appreciated, I have downloaed the exectutable for the PTC Creo trial version but cannot proceeed past the follwing screen (see attached screen shot) where it lists Application Selection ? Any idea on how to fix this ?

    Duncan,

    As a FIRST member, you should not really be using the trial version but rather the Student edition.

    If you are not affiliated with a FIRST team, you can access support at for your trial version at -.

    That said, it appears that your problem may be an incomplete download or that you have firewall, virus-protection and/or malware-protection blocking the installation.
