Cannot log into PTC account in license activation program for mathcad

If I try to log into my PTC account in the license activation program for Mathcad Prime 11 I get this message: "the http request was not allowed with client authentication scheme anonymous"

I tried logging in from different netwotks, deactivating the firewall and all anti-virus programs as well as setting a new password. With my data I can log into my PTC account at the website, so the data is correct.

you can request license file via email. Please read https://community.ptc.com/t5/PTC-Education-Forum/Creo-Parametric-9-0-Student-Edition-Licence-error/m-p/897846 discussion. I hope you can request Mathcad license this way, too.
