Cannot open Creo Parametric 11

Question

Hi. I already had Creo Parametric 11 on my PC, but the license that I had expired. So I tried to get a new license to be able to continue using this app. I followed the manual for the Creo installation but get this error when trying to open Creo:

License request failed for feature.

Requesting CREOPMA_Student6...

C:\\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing\BK110908EDSTUDENTEDUNI_license.dat: (-1). Cannot find license file.

Requesting PROE_Educ_1...

-15: Cannot connect to license server.
Run ptcstatus.bat for server status.

Can somebody please help? I need to sort this out today. I tried doing all the steps again but now I can't even install my license, it gives me an error.
