Cant't start Creo Parametrics Student Edition 9.0.0.0.

Hello, 

I am a student from University of mechanical enginering in Ljubljana, Slovenia and I was trying to instal student version of Creo 9.0. Everything went through, but then the problem occures at starting the program because when I start the program, when programs menu open, a message with alert pop up, which is added in attachemnt. If anyone know what do I need to do to make it start working please hit me up.
