Creo 10 install not working..won't perform license install.

Could not get Creo 10 Academic/student to install. Would not finish the license server segment. Have since found out that Creo9 would be a better match for tutoring. Please inform me on how to delete Creo 10 files and install Creo 9 Academic/student instead.
