CREO 10 Student Edition Premium License - Student Verification and Download Issues

I purchased "Creo 10 University Student Edition Premium License" and have received both the license key and license pack via email.  I am having 2 problems:

 

1. I need to verify my student status, but upon providing documentation to the email provided(ptc.nam@digitalriver.com), an undeliverable response was received.  How do I go about verifying my student status?

 

2. I used the "Creo Install File Download" provided in the email and extracted the file and ran as administrator.  I was able to verify license identification and received the "Success!" notification.  I have the license source showing "Available", however I have no options available for selection in Application Selection.  Is this due to lack of student verification?  If so, great please help with #1.  If not, what needs corrected for Application Selection?

What license source was used during installation? Please go to Parametric\bin directory in Creo installation, open parametric.psf in Notepad and publish following lines:

ENV=PTC_D_LICENSE_FILE ...

ENV=CREOPMA_FEATURE_NAME ...

Open your license file in Notepad, extract lines starting with INCREMENT and publish them. If you provide this information i will be able to tell you what licenses you own.
