Creo 11 Does not start, Windows 11

Recently installed Creo 11/10/8 on my new laptop (Dell XPS 13). The installation for Creo Parametric 8 had the following "completed with warnings" message:

 

Creo installed successfully with some warnings.


o Your hardware is not qualified for Creo Simulation Live
o Your hardware is not fully qualified for Creo Generative Topology


For more information on hardware qualification, use the hardware check utility


Creo cannot detect the supported JRE version of Java 11 on your machine or the version installed is out-of-date and not registered. Creo supports either Oracle or Amazon Corretto Java 11 JRE. If you prefer to use Oracle JRE, PTC recommends that you install JRE 11 from here. If you prefer to use Amazon Corretto, you can install JRE 11 from here.

 

 

When I click the Creo Parametric 8 icon on my desktop to start the program, nothing happens. I have tried installing as admin and disabling my firewall. Has anyone encountered a similar issue?

Hi,

you can run Creo only on computers with Intel/AMD processor. ARM architecture is not supported.

Unfortunately, the installer does not check the processor architecture...

Please publish detailed information about hardware configuration of your computer.
