a lot of time is taking for processing, is it normal or is something wrong? I have attached the screenshot

Hi,

 

option no.1

In File Explorer go to C:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing directory. If it contains some files them move them to different directory.

C:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing directory must be empty before you launch setup.exe.

Launch setup.exe.
