Creo 11 Student Installation

Creo will not open up and got the following error message: ------------------------------------------------
The trace creation timestamp is: Thu Dec 05 21:47:49 24
The executable build timestamp is: Wed Dec 31 18:00:41 69
The datecode is: NA
The pro machine type is: NA
The process ID is: NA
The traceback type is : CRASH
-------------------------------------------------
Exception EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION has occurred in the thread 96640.

 

Would appreciate any help! Thanks!

 

Image attached is the icon I have on my desktop instead of expected creo icon.

Hi,

1.] provide HW configuration of your computer + OS version

2.] upload Properties window related to shortcut used to start Creo

    My processor is AMD Ryzen 7 6800H with Radeon Graphics, Ram 16.0 (15.2 GB usable).
    System type 64 bit operating system x64-based processor.
    Windows 11 Home.
