Creo 12 Student Version Installation Help

I have downloaded the student version of Creo 12 and upon opening Creo Parametric I get the following error message:

Error codes 21 and 5 show up.

 

How do I resolve this issue?

MartinHanak_0-1757653496591.png product code is related to Creo 8.0.

Please follow steps described in https://apps.ptc.com/schools/references/install_creo_schools_standard.pdf document.
