Creo 13.4 University Edition – Access Denied During License Generation

Hello PTC Education Support,

I am a university student and have registered for Creo Parametric 13.4 University Edition using my college email address.

During installation, when I click “Don't have a license? Click here” to generate my node-locked license, I receive the following error:

“Access Denied – Insufficient Privileges”

The page states that my account lacks:

• License Management Reporting

• License Management Licensing

Could you please verify my academic account and enable the required permissions or provide an alternative method to obtain my student license?

I have attached a screenshot of the error.
