CREO 2.0 Academic Edition License expired issue

Hi,

I have encountered License expired issue, when my login in CREO 2.0

I listed the my log message, FYI. 

Please help me find root cause and solve it, for I already submit that request from Academic Support form several time, But didn't find any response,
Did I lacking any information need my provide?

    Hi,

    Academic license is not available for free. You have to contact somebody who is resposible to check, whether you university has active Global Support (this means is paying some money to PTC).

      Hi Martin,

      Thanks your information, I already checkup with my responsible person that said my License should be unlimited, that could be a mistake, so that will call PTC to get that fixed, Thanks your Information.
