Creo 2.0 academic license issue

Hi, I'm trying to set up my academic license, but I just can't seem to get it to work.

I clicked on the setup.exe and used the Set up new license option, but it would not work so I used my old student license instead to install the program.

Now Creo 2.0 works fine, but I need the academic license to work, because of the EMX we need at school.

When I go to reconfigure.exe in C:\PTC\Creo 2.0\Parametric\bin it's basically the same. When I add the license in the summary the old one is available, but the status

of the academic one is blank. When I check the FLEXnet admin web interface is says the following:

I am really clueless what to do, pls help.
