Creo 2.0 License Expiry

We installed Creo 2.0 last year on our school computers, but the license seems to have expired.

Do we need to reinstall Creo to make this to work again? Or can we update the license file on these computers?

Appreciate if you can send us the process to update the license.

Thank you in advance for your help

    Hi Mayur,

Do you know which license edition and type you are using? The three types are....

    • Student Edition Standalone License
    • Academic Edition Standalone License
    • Academic Edition Server License

If you have any questions, please let me know!

    Hi There,

Our School has a license server install. Tried to start Creo 2.0 yesterday and window pops up and says something like license expired 3 Jan 2015, two days before school resummed after the break.

Is there a way to extend the expiry?

I am in the final days of the semester and students have no way to complete their work.

Any advice appreciated. A new install would be prohibative since our Boards IT department will take some time to package the install to the 78 computers we use Creo with.

I'm in the same boat, and I think wer're going to need a new license file from PTC. I seem to recall that Mark is in Mountain time, so I'm hoping he'll see this soon
