CREO 2.0 Setup does not work

I have a problem with my Setup from Creo 2.0.
When i try to start the Setup it looks like it starts and it asks me if it is okay to change settings on my PC but then nothing happens.
I had Creo but i deinstalled it. And now I am not able to install it again. Is there anyone who can help me or know my Problem?

    My too, I have sent an email to techno support regarding to Creo 2.0 student version they comeback to me with same question but they still not solving the problem. I think I have to leave it, and find another site.
