Creo 2.0 Student edition shut down during

Hi! I just startet studying and wanted to download Creo Parametrics 2.0 for home use, with the student licence.

During the "Licence identification" step I enter my "Product code" and get my licens in the "License Summary".
All well so far, but when I click "Next" the Installation Assistant stops working and the error message tells me that the program need to shut down.

It would be lovely to be able to work with Creo at home, please help me! Tell me if you need more informat

    We will be able to contact you more directly and figure this out ASAP. I think for this we'll have to directly jump on to see the problem through remote access.

    Before I give you other recommendations I want to ensure that the installer is not corrupt.

    Hello again.
    I downloaded and tried to install the files from https://support.ptc.com/appserver/auth/it/esd/academic.jsp

    It did not work. Do you have any other suggestions? Happy for answers!
